Gtalk voice in Mac!!!

When i bought my Macbook pro... only issue i faced was that i couldnt find any suitable application for google talk - which can offer both chat and voice calling facilities! It was really a bad move from google that there was no dedicated application like gtalk client in Mac OSX.

However, after a long search I found out an application that can replace the need for gtalk in MAC!!!
