Are we loosing Africa?

Just read an article in a prominent newspaper about Africa, especially aboutSomalia and Ethiopia. Such a wonderful land and now in a state of chaos. The ongoing war between Islamic terrorists and government forces has displaced millions of people. But the World Police US and its allies are busy staging war with Taliban in middle east and Asia.

India and China should play more proactive role in these countries. Atleast they can focus on the hidden wealth under the soil – Diamonds.
